I am also a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s from UCSF (2018), where I trained at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics. Additionally, I hold a Sociology degree from Dartmouth College, have completed coursework at the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program, and foundational studies in energy medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I continue to refine my work through ongoing psychoanalytic supervision.

Specializing in perinatal and infant mental health, I focus on assisting black women through the transformative phases of pregnancy and postpartum, helping navigate emotions and set healthy boundaries to support goals. My broad experience covers perinatal/postpartum issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, and childhood trauma. My commitment is to collaboratively guide you towards discovering joy in your pregnancy and postpartum journey, even amidst challenges.
