My core belief is simple: I believe in you and your ability to become the healthiest, most fulfilled version of yourself. Life often makes it hard to see that potential, let alone know how to get there. My role is to be your guide and ally on that journey.
My path to becoming a clinician has been intentional. Beyond my master's degree in counseling and advanced post-master's training, my work in non-profit and community mental health has given me a breadth of experience with people from all walks of life. This doesn't mean "I've seen it all," but it does mean that I'm prepared to meet you where you are, without judgment. No matter what you're going through, if you are ready to take a step, so am I.
Look, nothing gets better if we don't find a way to face it safely. That's why therapy takes courage. It took courage just to get this far, and you already deserve credit for that. When you're ready for that first, brave step of reaching out, I'll be here, ready to loan you some of my hope until you can hold it for yourself.
I'm passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I know what it feels like to self-doubt, not trust yourself, or be riddled with anxiety. I can help you get out of that analysis paralysis or constant reach for external validation to feel okay. When anxiety or self-doubt creep in, I teach you to meet them with curiosity and compassion. You will learn that your emotions are messengers that guide you back to your needs and your inner wisdom. I have worked with women and couples in private practice settings who struggle with relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, and communication. I work with women who struggle with high reactivity to learn how to work with their emotional guidance system and develop more internal resilience, control over their mind, and peace.

I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids who keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters. I love spending time with family and friends—playing board games, baking sweet treats, and sharing lots of laughter (often at my own expense!). My faith in Christ is an important part of who I am and guides how I show up for others.
I’ve served my country as a Soldier for over 23 years, which has shaped me into someone who is empathetic, open-minded, and accepting of others. I hold a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University, and while much of my work has focused on addiction counseling, I also support clients working through trauma, depression, and anxiety.
