My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence- based approaches like DBT, CBT, ACT and solution- focused therapy. Hello! I'm Alyssa Norbeck and I'm a LCSW in IL. I understand that it can feel vulnerable to begin therapy, but I'm passionate about making therapy a safe space where you feel heard and understood.
