As an LCSW, I take a whole-person approach - recognizing that our mental health is shaped not just by what's happening inside us, but also by our relationships, environment, culture, and life experiences.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with emphasis in military, veterans and their families. I help adults and teens navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I bring a background in advocacy, holistic modalities and decades of lived experience supporting individuals through crisis and change. I served in the US Navy, was International Flight Attendant and in worked the US government over the years, while earning my License.
