Hi My name is Hilary Chentow. I am a licensed clinical social worker living in PA and practicing in PA, WA and DE. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Polyvagal theory and Internal Family Systems and will share resources in abundance. I was a teacher before I made a midlife career change to become a therapist. I am not a one size fits all therapist. And I am ok with that. Right fit is important.
My counseling style is direct yet supportive. Best practice for each client is at the fore front of my professional self. I have over 25 years of working with individuals, couples and families. My experience includes Extensive Clinical Work, Teaching, and Providing International trainings in countries on Medical and Mental health issues. (Co-Occurring.)
Hey, I’m Mike and I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families of all ages while addressing all kinds of disorders and problems, including trauma. I’m trained in and utilize multiple modalities including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and others. As a graduate from Lancaster Bible College, I also minored in Bible and can offer you a faith-based approach if you desire. Driven by my passion to help others, I would love to meet you and see if I’m the right fit for you. If not, then I am willing to help you find someone who is.
You bring your goals and strengths and I’ll bring a fresh perspective and tools that empower. Integrating mindfulness, creative arts, or your spiritual practices enhances my pragmatic, behavioral approach. Bonus: Free weekly women’s virtual group forming.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have a particular passion for supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorder recovery.
My clinical background includes working closely with children, teens, and families in both mental health and medical settings, which has shaped my understanding of how emotional wellbeing is influenced by stress, family relationships, identity development, and the pressures many young people carry every day. I also understand that struggles with food, body image, anxiety, and self-worth often show up quietly at first—and deserve compassionate, thoughtful support.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help clients feel understood while building the insight, coping skills, and confidence needed to make meaningful change.
I’m also a doctoral candidate in Social Work, which reflects my commitment to providing evidence-informed care that is both thoughtful and deeply personalized. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, body image challenges, relationship stress, life transitions, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately, therapy can be a place to feel grounded, supported, and empowered.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience working with youth, adolescents, and young adults. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, respected, and supported. I strive to create a space where individuals can feel safe being themselves while learning skills to navigate life's challenges. I am bilingual and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
My name is Leilani and I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I believe feeling heard is just as important as any treatment plan. My background in both primary care and mental health, along with my experience as a military veteran and spouse, helps me understand how stress, health, and life experiences are often deeply intertwined. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life transitions, and I take time to listen before offering guidance. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where we can talk things through together and move forward in a way that feels manageable and right for you.
