I have lived in Abilene since 2005 and have been a therapist in Texas for over 15 years. I am married, and am a mom of 3 boys and 2 fur babies. I have training in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others.
Brandi is a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. She believes that therapy is about doing the heart work. With 15 years of experience in the social work field, her client’s success is attributed to their willingness to process through and confront uncomfortable situations/habits. Therapy, may at times, feel like open heart surgery, however you and those around you will be the better for the undoing of lifelong patterns, and subconscious thought processes that are no longer benefiting you. Brandi’s top priority is to ensure that your mental health needs are met.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity.

Welcome! If you’re here, something in your life probably feels off — maybe you’re burned out, stuck in old patterns, navigating anxiety or depression, or realizing that who you’ve been doesn’t fully match who you’re becoming.
I work with people who are genuinely curious about themselves. The ones who want to understand their identity more clearly, unpack attachment wounds, heal parts of their past, and build lives that feel more true to who they are. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and approachable. I’m a human first and a therapist second, so our work together feels comfortable, grounded, and real.
