As a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Right Mentality Mental Health and Wellness, I have dedicated my work to helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with honesty, compassion, and cultural awareness. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology and continue to grow through my doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology and Higher Education.
I work with a special focus on supporting Black and Brown communities. My approach is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in real life. You can expect open dialogue, practical tools, and a therapist who meets you with both empathy and accountability.

Hello, I'm Lee Anne. I enjoy helping others reach goals and find a place of happiness in their lives. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, substance use disorders, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, grief and trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MA degree, specializing in Addictions, and I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am currently working on my dissertation become a PhD in General Psychology, with a research focus on community well-being after a school shooting. I conduct therapy sessions virtually, for individuals and families.

Svetlana Kutikova is a LPC, who has been practicing since the Fall of 2022. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College in New York City, in 2014. After four and a half years working as an ABA Therapist, she went back to school to obtain her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health, from Kean University, in New Jersey. I have over 10 years of clinical experience, ranging from Applied Behavioral Analysis & crisis counseling on the National Suicide Hotline to research with veterans recovering from Opiod addiction at UCLA. Special fields of concentration include neuropsychological trauma work through the Neuro-sequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), extensive bilingual training in EMDR through certification with EMDRIA.
