Maybe you feel stuck or uncertain in romantic relationships, or like you don’t know how to get your needs met or feel heard with your partner or spouse. You work hard and feel like you give a lot but you don’t get as much in return, or you’re always left feeling like you’re not enough. You may struggle with insecurity or self-doubt. You’re certainly not alone! I’m Emily, and I want to help you identify your feelings, your needs, your goals, and live your life the way you want to.

Hi, I’m Monique. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and work through what’s been weighing on you. I am Jessica B. Muniz, a licensed clinical social worker with clinical supervision credentialing, in the state of Texas. I have done clinical work within university counseling centers and also in mental health facilities to include inpatient and outpatient therapy, throughout my 15 plus years as a clinician. I have experience working with young adults, adolescents and couples. I am excited to begin our work together!
I have Bachelor and Master Degrees in Social Work. I have worked in various areas in social services, from child welfare to transplant. Mental health is important and the effects on the body must be acknowledged. I am advocate for patients learning their voice and knowing they matter!
