Hi! My name is Dr. Chelynn Randolph and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist located in Denver, CO. I am currently a clinical assistant professor at the University of Colorado Denver but I received my education in MFT from Appalachian State University (masters) and Florida State University (doctorate). As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress.
I have a heart to see breakthrough, healing, and freedom for my clients. I have 20+ years history of working with adolescents and adults with learning differences: neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and executive functioning deficits. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, abuse, identity, and somatic issues.
I have a special passion for working with veterans and first responders. Since 2019, I have supported veterans from all service eras and have worked with individuals who are paramedics, in critical care, and law enforcement.
I'm also experienced with working with neurodivergent populations, including autism, ADHD, and OCD.
In my free time, I love reading, being outdoors with my family, fostering dogs, and traveling.
Hi, I'm Kristen Goltz, MS, LMFT — a trauma therapist in Fort Collins, CO specializing in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 therapy. I work with teens (13-17) and adults (18+) in-person in Fort Collins and virtually throughout Colorado and Florida.
I came to this work not just through training, but through my own healing journey. I know what it feels like to be weighed down by the past, to understand your patterns but still feel stuck, and to wonder if real change is actually possible. It is. I've lived it.
I specialize in complex trauma, relational trauma, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, co-parenting and divorce recovery, and ADHD. If you've done therapy before but still feel stuck in the same patterns — this work goes deeper than traditional talk therapy.
There comes a time in everyone's life when we need support.
Are you sick and tired of trying to manage this alone? You wake up to another difficult day and wonder how you will cope. Anxiety and dread are becoming your best friends. But they don't have to be. You are here because you are ready for change and I am here because I can help you feel better.
Two personal virtues I value greatly are learning and curiosity. I will bring these two attitudes to the therapy room and with you to ensure that we develop concepts and theory that fits your experiences. I am currently completing my PhD in Counselor Education with my dissertation focusing on neuroscience-informed treatment. Our internal signals are as powerful as our external reactions. Together, we can use these techniques to quantify treatment!
My work focuses on a variety of issues: addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and gender identity, just to name a few. I create a space where you can explore these challenges and work toward meaningful change.
