In our process, as you work towards sharing whatever is on your mind, we listen, think, and feel together, paying attention to patterns that may echo your past and our broader sociopolitical context. We explore what may be difficult to think or feel through on your own—a process that can lead to deepened self-understanding, more curiosity, and new ways of relating with your internal and external worlds. This work can help you feel more spontaneous, more connected to yourself, to others, to your desires and fears, and can lead to new possibilities for intentional choices.
With 14 years as a LICSW and over 20 years in the mental health field, I’ve learned that the first step toward moving forward is connection—creating a space where honest, and sometimes difficult, conversations can happen.
Hi There! I am proud to be a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with my bachelor’s degree and Regis College with my master’s degree. I'm excited to provide you with the individualized care you deserve. Most of all, my goal is to honor your individuality and lifestyle when creating a plan of care. Your goals are what matters- it's your life! Let's help you get to where you want to be!
I have been working in the mental health field for over 13 years in various roles. I have worked with individuals of all ages, stages, and experiences of the world. I especially feel equipped to work with people with substance use and chronic illnesses. Life is tough and feeling heard is tougher. My job is to support someone in reaching their goals.
I enjoy working with people who would like to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to their perceptions along with past and current experiences.
I focus my work on building a therapeutic relationship to support someone to work towards their goals.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I also enjoy working with teenage and younger clients. I see many people who are going through life transitions. When one is going through grief and loss, education challenges, relationship difficulties, a new family member, pain or illness, it can be particularly difficult to cope and particularly beneficial to be in therapy to work through these issues with an unbiased ear. I also specialize in working with individuals who have struggles with chronic pain. I completed my training at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in Boston.
I work with adults who want to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so they can feel less overwhelmed by anxiety or depression. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop practical tools that support both your immediate relief and your longer-term goals. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced to match where you are right now.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 25 years' experience, who specializes in helping adults recover from anxiety, trauma, depression and difficult relationship experiences, including narcissistic abuse and coercive control.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard, validated, and understood in our work together. I balance insight oriented exploration with practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults. I help individuals navigate anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma including sexual trauma, medical trauma and emotional regulation challenges.
My focus is on quality of life. My work has largely been with older adults and their family members, but I work with adults of all ages. I have a Master's degree in expressive arts therapy and nearly 40 years of clinical counseling experience.
