I am a licensed independent social worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts with a concentration in mental health. I use a trauma-informed lens to help adults and adolescents navigate a variety of social, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. I am committed to helping my clients thrive and make meaningful and lasting change!
My background includes supporting individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds in navigating personal and life challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting skills, grief and loss, transitions, etc. Currently, I am only offering individual services.
I also have 10+ years of specialized experience in working with survivors of sexual violence and non-offending loved ones in understanding the impact of trauma and exploring their own healing journey.
I am an LICSW Clinical Social Worker with experience in helping those with depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I incorporate ACT, CBT, and DBT modalities into my work and am a trained EMDR therapist.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s from Suffolk University, with a background in community health-based services. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to more complex disorders like PTSD and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but I particularly focus on adults and adolescents.
Hi, I'm Carol! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am an LICSW who has been working in the field for the past eight years. I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, age ranges, and a wide variety of life experiences.
Some of my past work includes In Home and Outpatient therapies. I am trauma-informed and have participated in advocacy/support of foster youth, teen-parenting and providing hospice support. I have also advocated for impoverished individuals and families and contribute time to community human rights projects.
Hi, I’m Jennifer Roberts, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan—from perinatal and postpartum challenges to menopause, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mood changes, substance use recovery, trauma recovery, and ADHD. I provide integrative mental health care that blends medication management with holistic, individualized treatment plans.
I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA, and telehealth across Massachusetts. Let's work together to create a path toward healing that truly fits you.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can bring questions, struggles, and hopes. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves, explore patterns in relationships, or find healthier boundaries. I learn from you.
I am a licensed social worker in Massachusetts and Maryland with a Master of Social Work from Simmons College of Social Work and over 30 years of experience serving diverse communities. My work has included, but is not limited to, Early Head Start, therapeutic schools, supporting elders at risk, and 16 years helping clients in the community manage and understand how to navigate community living and family systems dynamics while experiencing chronic mental health challenges.
I believe a person is not a diagnosis, and a diagnosis is not a person. My approach draws on the biopsychosocial model and developmental frameworks from Erickson and Piaget, alongside evidence-based methods like but not limited to DBT, CBT, and CET. I work with you to discover which approaches feel most helpful, focusing on building a client-centered, trusting relationship where challenges can be explored and skills practiced as our therapeutic work grows and strengthens.
We all need connection, community, and the ability to be our authentic selves in order to thrive. Many of us are not provided these attachment needs in childhood, and we grow into adulthood burdened by this wounding, unsure of how to relate safely and from a place of wholeness. If you struggle to align your inner and outer worlds, find yourself repeating difficult relational patterns, or feel as if your authentic self must remain hidden, I would love to work with you. I am particularly interested in supporting the health of queer families and cooperatives.
