I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 14 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who integrates ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and polyvagal techniques. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Using an existential lens, we explore the roots of your struggles, build practical tools, regulate your nervous system, and help you create a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
I have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for 10 years. I received my degree in counseling from Monmouth University and completed my field work in a growing substance abuse facility. In my time in this field I have learned ways to approach certain issues with a sense of assertiveness while also being able to provide understanding and validation to my clients.
I am a warm, compassionate, and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals, families, and children navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, and I provide a safe, supportive space to foster healing and growth. With a background in trauma, parenting challenges, cancer care, and crisis intervention, I take a holistic, strength-based approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of well-being.
If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone.
’m a bilingual (Spanish-English) therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, and relationship stress. I also work with teens and children facing behavioral, academic, and emotional concerns.
I hold Master’s degrees in Social Work from NYU and in Clinical Psychology from the Psychiatric Hospital of Caracas. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical—helping you gain clarity, build self-worth, and create healthier, more secure connections.
I believe meaningful change begins with connection. Let’s start there.
I am an LCSW who loves working with children, teens, parents, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My work is shaped not just by my training, but by my lived experience. I was once a queer kid with ADHD, so I understand how complicated it can feel to navigate identity, relationships, and mental health, especially when you don’t always feel like you fit in. Because of that, I really value creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel understood.
