Are you finding that life is difficult to cope with due to lack of control of your emotions? I have a special interest in working with people who experience OCD, anxiety and ADHD. I will create a space where you can be your genuine self while feeling unjudged. Maybe you are unsure what your genuine self is, if so then our space can be the perfect start to discovering it. I know that being vulnerable can be difficult however through therapy, you do not need to face it alone. While beginning this journey of understanding I will guide you in the exploration of yourself as well as help you find acceptance and compassion.

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and ADHD.
I aim to create a space where you can show up fully — without judgment — while also being gently challenged toward growth. Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems; it’s about building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing skills that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. Whether you’re working through past experiences or trying to manage current stressors, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe while still encouraging progress.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. My goal is to support you in honoring who you are while discovering who you’re becoming.
I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse walks of life -- helping them to overcome trauma, manage ADHD, anxiety and depression, and improve communication in their relationships. My experiences also include working with children and adults who are a part of the I/DD and LGBTQIA+ communities.
I have received an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University (Formerly Nyack College ) and a BA in Psychology from The City College of New York.
