I believe we are whole and complete, yet the structures and communities we live in might have us feeling like we are lacking, broken, and/or that there is something “wrong” with us. Life can be hard, and it can make us hard. Hard on ourselves, hard on the people we love, and hard on the people we interact with. As we grow and live through the natural stages of life, and the expected and unexpected events that arise, the strategies we consciously or unconsciously developed throughout our life to keep us safe and regulated might no longer be working for us. They might even be causing us distress or dysfunction. Our helpful coping strategies have become unhelpful, and this is where therapy comes in.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has 6 years of experience working in the field. I have experience serving a variety of communities. I have worked with the LGBTQIA community, children, young adults, couples, the geriatric population, and those with disabilities. I have specific experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, mood disorders, grief, transitions in life, career development, ADHD, self-esteem, anger management, gender identity, and trauma.
I’ve dedicated much of my life to the mind body connection, holistic wellness and creating balance. I am fascinated by how small changes can make such a big impact on someone’s life. I work with individual clients.

I bring a warm, grounded and approachable presence to therapy. Clients often tell me I'm easy to talk to and that I create a space where they feel understood rather than judged. As someone who balances many roles in my own life, I understand what it feels like to carry stress, navigate transitions, and show up for others while trying to take care of yourself. That lived perspective helps me connect with clients who are overwhelmed, burnt out, or searching for clarity and stability.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Disorders and my master's degree in Professional Counseling. I currently serve as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Director in community mental health, where I oversee clinicians, strengthen treatment programs, and support whole-person care across school, home and community settings. This background gives me a solid understanding of both the emotional and practical challenges people face.
I work with adults, teens, caregivers, parents, college students, and helping professionals. Some of the treatment areas I frequently support include:
Hi! I use a calm & laid back approach to help you identify and meet your goals for therapy. I am trained in evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Motivational Interviewing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is queer and autistic/ADHD. I love the arts and spirituality, and enjoy working with kids and young adults the most. The populations I specialize working with include individuals identifying as non-manogomous, neurodivergent, trans/queer, and most other alt/weird/unique/geeky/nerdy folx. Mindfulness is an important aspect of therapy for my practice, as is creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe for marginalized groups.
If you feel stressed about your relationships with others, I'm here to help. Are you constantly worried about how others see you? Are you experiencing uncertainty, turmoil, or self-doubt in your romantic relationship? Are you having conflicts with your parents? I can help you cope with these challenges, reduce stress, and find inner peace.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. I’ve spent years helping high-responsibility people—veterans, professionals, caregivers—find clarity and steadiness again. My style is warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I believe you already carry the strength you need to heal, and my job is to help you access it with more ease and confidence.
Welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Edinboro University, building on a foundation rooted in Criminal Justice from my undergraduate studies.
My work with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of Corrections has shaped a deep understanding of the intersection between personal growth and systemic challenges. I specialize in women’s issues and relationship dynamics, creating a safe, empowering space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, rebuild connections, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
