I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University. I've worked in therapy in inpatient and outpatient facilities with children, adolescents, and adults for several years. I specialize in depression, anxiety, lifestyle adjustments, behavioral issues, and trauma, and have a lot of experience working with autism spectrum and ADHD.
