I am a licensed art therapist and professional counselor with 8+ years experience with groups and individuals in crisis. Providing art therapy at an inpatient psychiatric hospital has given me a framework of inclusivity to offer practical insight and solutions to a wide range clients. Whether you are stressed, feeling stuck, or noticing miscommunications, I am capable to ‘meet you where you are’ and find solutions that are achievable.
I offer a judgement free, safe, and supportive place to be your authentic self and speak freely. I will use my expertise, combined with empathy and compassion to walk alongside you on your journey of healing, whether that is as an individual, couple, or family, fully believing there is so much life ahead for you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the effects of abuse. I believe healing is most effective when clients feel safe, understood, and respected. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals and families who are navigating complex emotions and life transitions, including experiences of trauma, neurodivergence, and the ways these challenges can impact relationships and parenting. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed or emotionally worn down, often recognizing that past experiences are still shaping how they relate to themselves or others.
I have been honored to work in private practice for over 15 years. Earlier in my career, I worked with families in crisis who were involved in the child welfare and legal systems. This early work continues to inform my understanding of trauma, complex systems, and the realities of parenting under significant stress, and has shaped the steady, grounded approach I bring to therapy.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and a Master of Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. In my practice, I strive to offer a space that feels respectful, attuned, and emotionally safe—where meaningful change can unfold.
