Welcome—I’m Danielle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to supporting individuals on their path toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being. I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths.
Welcome! My name is Kristina Shamp, LCSW. I'm passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. Throughout the years of working as a therapist, I have primarily focused on substance use concerns. I have also worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and issues related to self-esteem and self-worth. My goal for every client is to feel supported and understood - especially during times when they may feel alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and hold a Master's in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College.
I am dedicated to my work with adolescents, adults, & families. My gift is in seeing the big picture. Having obtained my Clinical License (LCSW) & now in private practice, I am accepting clients ages 12 and above. My experience has primarily focused on supporting those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
I am passionate about helping individuals on journeys of self-discovery who seek a better quality of life. Working with couples and families is a strength of mine, as I support clients in uncovering their strengths to thrive within relationships. Family Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for people to share their stories and feel truly heard.
With 20+ years of experience in Social Work, including time in London, I bring a global view to my practice. A New Jersey native, I studied acting at NYU and later earned my Juris Doctor. Returning to my true passion, I completed my MSW at California State university at Long Beach, which was life-changing. My 19 years as a pediatric trauma social worker taught me the value of calm in crisis.
I have been a social worker practicing psychotherapy for 25 years. I have enjoyed working with a variety of people with many different experiences, both in clinic settings and in private practice. For the past 10 years I have been the director of an outpatient substance abuse treatment clinic. I enjoy helping people work through past trauma and find a way forward. I believe that therapy can benefit anyone who is curious about themselves and wants to improve their lives.
I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
Hi there, my name’s Ephraim Tokar. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses.
Whether it's individuals or couples, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Looking forward to meeting with you soon!
I am an LCSW and specialize in infertility, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-confidence, coping skills and stress/anger management, and life transitions. Having had my own journey in building a family, I understand the unexpected challenges (i.e. pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, third-party reproduction and ART), as well as the transition to parenthood. In addition, I provide consultations for intended patents, and evaluations for gestational carriers and egg/sperm donors.
