I am a insight oriented therapist that strongly believes that "there is always hope for a better tomorrow". I am an experienced therapist specializing in issues of depression, phobias, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, ADD, eating disorders and obsessions. I work particularly well with couple/marital issues, family issues and drug addiction.
I look forward to meeting with you to help you to identify and understand your problems. I will guide you through healthy coping, self-care, and improved relationships.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, with 15 years of experience in the field—six of those in clinical practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, youth, adults, families, veterans, the elderly, marginalized and vulnerable populations, and individuals impacted by substance use. My diverse experience has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, effective support tailored to each person's unique needs.
You should know that I truly see you — not just your symptoms or diagnosis. Many clients come to me feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck — often after feeling unheard or dismissed by other providers. My goal is to understand the full picture — your goals, challenges, and values — and create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your care. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other psychiatric concerns.
I combine evidence-based psychiatry with a holistic, personal touch. Care with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and never rushed. I don’t push medications or rely on quick fixes — I work with you to find clarity, balance, and lasting relief through treatment that fits your life.

Hi, I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with older teens and young adults on challenges like anxiety, relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and life transitions. My approach is warm, insight-oriented, and relational—I believe that real change happens when we better understand ourselves and how we relate to others. Therapy with me is a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, reflect deeply, and grow at your own pace.
I began my psychiatric nursing career after graduating from Columbia University School of Nursing in 2009. Several years later, I pursued an advanced practice degree, also at Columbia University, and earned a PhD. I lived in Poland and France before I arrived to the United States at the turn of this century. Given my international experience, I work in three languages: English, French, and Polish. I offer therapy and medication management and the clients and me decide on the best approach.
