I'm a huge nerd and in addition to my Master's in Mental Health Counseling I have a second Master's in Sexuality and undergraduate degrees in English and Adolescent Sexuality.

I have over 10 years of experience working with adults in different modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Group Psychotherapy. I have additional training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from the Seleni Institute. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work where I studied Advanced Clinical Practice.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in New York, working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and questions of meaning.My clinical training includes CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches, along with certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy through CIIS and MAPS. I also have experience supporting clients around identity, immigration, and cross-cultural experiences, and offer therapy in both English and Russian.
I received my Masters from Antioch University of New England, Bachelors from SUNY Empire State University, and Associates from Cortland Community College. I own a private practice and offer both in person and telehealth sessions in Oswego NY. I teach at SUNY Empire State as well. I have experience working with both behavioral and cognitive mental health and specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, and life changes. I am a mom to 5, have two dogs, and love designing and renovating.
